Video Book Review of Seth Godin’s Permission Marketing
I just completed reading Seth Godin’s book, Permission Marketing, and I thoroughly enjoyed what he wrote about the concept of building good customer relationships. Seth Godin offers great case studies of how business can be successful and cost effective through human engagement. Basically, strangers become friends and friends become loyal customers, just what’s labeled on the front cover. The content of the book is very easy to follow and is great for research for your own campaign or as a information resource even though it was published 12 years ago.
