Prisma Labs was successful with their Prisma photo editor app, converting your profile into an art piece now with Lensa, Prisma Labs is using artificial intelligence to alter your picture profile via the Lensa AI app.

I’ve been noticing the trend as people are producing eye-catching profile art. Technology is always evolving and we will always find creative ways of using it. Lensa AI of course uses algorithms to alter your picture in different ways.

Though the art is produced in a short amount of time and turns out quite beautiful, there are questions behind the use of this artificial intelligence app. One is the idea of pulling private data from your phone and the other is the ongoing discussion of artists heavily criticising the use of artificial intelligence to create authentic artwork.
