Learning the latest online media content and technology can be intimidating, especially for those who are novices to any of the new media fields available out there. I myself constantly go on various education websites, tutorials and local meetups to stay on top of what’s being used to produce the best media content for your online audience and to keep up you have to learn from the most experienced media minds and it so happens they will be converging on July 20-21 in Addison, Texas at the 2013 Emerging Tech Conference.

Created by Technologist and Cognitive Psychologist, Dr. Tony Cecala, the Emerging Tech Conference is a weekend event where people will have the opportunity to understand how to produce the right content in the areas of blogging, social media, video production, online media, content marketing, web development and analytics. I’ve been to the conference last year and I definitely learned alot from the presenters who are also more than happy to answer your questions or offer you advice for your own ideas.

I’ve known Tony since I joined his DFW WordPress Group as a grad student at the University of Dallas and I know for a fact that he is very passionate about innovation, new technology and emerging media and sharing what he learns with others who are also pursuing the same passions so I definitely recommend you attend.
