- Use the PR tools available to you: Stakeholder relations, media relation, social/digital media, events and internet communications
Digital strategy using social media.
- Go to them and foster their communities
- Be multidimensional, study and utilize the various social media platforms that will work for your engagements
- Once you established an engagement always continue with it
- Always be transparent
